What makes my balls jingle?

Stress balls that is

Gf had some and we were messing about with them earlier and it got us thinking what is it exactly thats in there making the sound?

I thought a bell, but it doesn't sound quite right somehow. Plus they vibrate really slightly when they clang...

Anyone know?

Probably just bits of metal in the hollow bit of the ball. I wish mine wouldnt jingle, its annoying.
