What MB CPU RAM to replace i7 920 DO

As above I need to replace these items. Will I also need a new cooler as the current one I have was bought years ago for socket 1336 (Titan).

My GPU is GTX 770, monitor 1440p.

I would prefer Intel but I'm out of the loop so I don't know which one but would like to get as many years use as my old i7.

Would have got an OCed bundle but I really need it this week so it's a self build.

Budget £700 but I don't want to spend this amount just for the sake of it.

Was thinking about the cooler, I have a titan with 2 apache 120mm fans attached, anyone know it the 1150 fan fittings are backwards compatible?
