what mem goes with this cpu

Hi all,
I am building my mate a new system and will be using the amd2 3800+ cpu but im not sure what ddr2 i need. Do i need pc5300 or pc6400 to get the full fsb out of the cpu.

You need PC5300, but with the amazingly priced Geil PC6400 on this week only you may aswell go for that and have plenty of overclocking headroom.
