What memory do I need to buy

I want to upgrade my memory on my computer and ive no idea what kind i should buy what will work.

My computer details are -
Board: SiS-661
Bus Clock: 133 megahertz
BIOS: Phoenix Technologies, LTD 6.00 PG 12/20/2005

Memory Modules c,d
75.40 480 Megabytes Usable Installed Memory

Slot 'A0' has 512 MB
Slot 'A1' is Empty

When I do a search for ddr ram i keep getting different mhz's, does it matter which one i get or does mine only support 133mhz or can i get 333mhz ram ?

Hi Marcus,

If your ram is 133 Mhz I doubt it is ddr ram.
Can you post more system specs like your CPU as it sounds like a new system would be a more worthy upgrade TBH
