what memory for an Opty 146?

I need to get myself 2gb set, most of the talk these days is about 6400 ram but that seems to be for the conroe. I currently run the opty at about 2700-2900, would the 6400 stuff still be a good choice?

I think opty's need DDR1, 6400 is DDR2. Just get some RAM which compliments the stuff u currently have in your rig.
