What memory for The MSI K8N Neo2 Platinum?

i have the above motherboard which is quite old now. i want to upgrade from 1 gig to 2 gig. i think i have 3200 sticks in now, but what can i upgrade to?

I am looking for RAM at the moment for that board, and I think it will only take ddr not ddr3.

The spec's says - "Supports dual channel DDR 266/333/400, using four 184-pin DDR DIMMs."

So does that mean that rams thats says "PC3200 400 Mhz 184 PIN" will work.

Also would I be able to stick on any higher spec'd ram ? (that may be cheaper to buy at the moment) I dont mind if it doesnt work as fast as it could, just after getting the cheapest 4GB i can in there.
