what memory should i get?

currently i have:
q6600
GA-N650SLI-DS4L
8600 GTS
and im currently using 667mhz 5-5-5-20 ( i think)

what 4gb memory would i benfit from for around £50? i need to have atleast 800mhz since i want to overclock my q6600 to 3.4ghz
also i'm going to be upgrading to this graphics card:

Have a look at some PC2-8500 1066Mhz RAM from the likes of OCZ or Corsair.
Although you may need to pay a little more than your £50 budget for 4GB.
