What memory to buy for Z77X ud5h motherboard?

I have the above motherboard with my 2700k @4.9ghz and 1080 ti

I currently have 8gb ram

I would like to get 16gb, or will adding 32gb be better?

Any help is appreciated

If it's for gaming and you have got by with 8gb so far then 16gb should be fine.

You should be able to get some faster ram over 2000mhz but you would have to do some googling to make sure what you get is compatible.
