What memory would be best for me?

Hi folks

I want to buy some new memory as I only have 2GB at the moment, and I was wondering what would be best for my ASUS P5K Premium motherboard? It appears it only supports DDR2 according to the ASUS site, which is annoying as I only got it a year ago!

I would like 4GB of RAM, so could anyone suggest something I can buy from OcUK? A link to my motherboard is here: http://www.asus.com/products.aspx?modelmenu=2&model=1749&l1=3&l2=11&l3=534&l4=0

Thanks!

Great, thanks :) Very cheap too!

There are cheaper memory kits available on Overclockers e.g. OCZ which a lot of people recommend, but OCZ memory sometimes has compatibility problems with Asus boards.

I recommended the Corsair because that's what I run in my m/b, which just happens to be an Asus P5K Premium ;)

I'm waiting for Overclockers to put the Corsair on offer again so I can get another 4 Gig :D

Depending if you want to overlclock... If you want to, then go for more expensive as the timings will be better.

Otherwise, just go for the OCZ/Corsair
