I would say they'll be very similar. 2Gb sticks don't generally clock above their rated speeds so you'll be limited to around 400-420 MHz FSB with the ones you've listed. If you need higher FSB either get 1Gb sticks of PC6400 (which should hit 450MHz) or some PC8000+ RAM instead. If you want 2Gb sticks then G.skill do some 2x2Gb PC8000 packs of RAM for around £80.
Bear in mind that the ReaperX stuff has large heatsinks which may prevent you from installing 4 DIMMS at a later date. If you can't see yourself moving to 8Gb DDR2 then 2 packs of the OCZ PC6400 2x1Gb is probably the best value option for overclocking.
