I'm finding it hard to decide what memory I want for the rig in my signature. I mainly use the rig for media (Photoshop, Dreamweaver), and 3D modelling (CAD, and Maya), plus a few games occasionally including Flight Sim. I do a lot of multi tasking.
I would like 8GB, and I am planning to install Windows vista 64bit SP1 this week.
However, I can't decide between purchasing 2 packs of the following and running it 1:1 with my bus speed.

Or, going for something faster, maybe with lower latency? However, if I go for more expensive memory I may only be able to afford 4GB. So, I guess it's a question of capacity vs speed.
I am unlikely to want to overclock my rig, so I would appreciate advice on what memory to get if I leave my CPU at stock. However, I'll take suggestions for overclocking into consideration, plus I noticed a couple of reviews on the link I gave from people who have overclocked those sticks, maybe a bit of advice on this too?
