I am in the process of a new build and unsure what memory to use and which would be pretty good.

M/B-MSI 790FX GD70
CPU-AMD PHENOMII x4 955 BE
GPU-Sapphire ATI Radeon HD4870 1GB

I will be playing games and general stuff.
I am a bit confused as to which memory so any help would be gratefully recieved.
