What mini itx mobo and ram?

I'm looking to build an HTPC / Light Gaming rig.

I've selected these parts so far but am not sure what mobo will give me the best ability to overclock the CPU and what RAM I should go with?

Cheapest board I could fine, and some 2133mhz+ 8GB RAM would be the trick.

I don't have chrome so can't use the shopping cart function.

GPU looks to use a lot more power and I'm concerned in this case things might get a little too hot? Thoughts?

Motherboard looks good, it's got SPDIF which I need too!

Id stick with the 750ti.. Like you say, less power use = less heat.

The reviews of the case are pretty favorable in terms of it being well able to cool GPU's.

Cooling ain't gonna be a problem it seems.

From the stuff I've read it's more prone to heat issues when horizontal due to the inverted orientation where the riser puts the GPU.
