What mobo for the following system?

Hi folks, looking for a bit of help.

I have the following system:

Asus P5N32 SLi Plus
QX6700 / Titan Amanda
2GB OCZ PC6400
2 x XFX 8800GTX

The short version is that I have been having on/off problems with and have narrowed it down to Motherboard/RAM incompatibility. The company that supplied the system are happy to replace it. The question being, what board do I go for?

I will be doing some CPU/RAM overclocking but nothing too major. Looking for about 3.3ish ghz out of it.

What are the best alterntive mobo's for this system? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

EDIT: Because I am using the Amanda I will need a free PCI slot. Double width graphics cards make this a bit of a pain nowadays!

Thanks a lot guys. I have had a look at the models suggested and checked out what ones the supplier have in stock. It would suit both party's i I were to choose one from stock.

The Gigabits mentioned above, some of the specs I have found mention 2 x PCI 8x, would the 8800GTX's not need 2 x 16x?

They have the Asus P5W-DHI975X in stock, is this similar to the P5B?

They also have the EVGA 680 board, does anyone have much experience with this? I see there is now a Rev 2 available?
