What monitor for £200ish budget

I have been looking at buying a monitor but need some help.
I play all types of games from FPS to MMOs

I am stuck between specs and screen size:

The options i have at the moment are:Iiyama Prolite E2773HS-GB1 27" 1ms

Asus VG278HE 27" TRUE 144Hz

LG 24GM77 24" TRUE 144Hz

I cant find a reason to go for the Asus VG278HE 27" TRUE 144Hz over the LG because of price.

Could any one help or recommend a monitor
