What monitor is better??

I need an upgrade from my current monitor which is getting a bit long in the tooth now.

My uses in order are:
1.)Image editing(more at the advanced amateur level)
2.)Gaming
3.)Watching video
4.)Web browsing and office stuff

So I do need decent viewing angles,good colour accuracy,a decent adjustable stand and also reasonable gaming ability. My current monitor uses one of the older 20" MVA/IPS panels.

I have narrowed the choice down to the 25" Dell UP2516D and the 23.6" Acer CB241HQK. The former seems to be a version of the Dell U2515H with improved colour accuracy and the latter uses a 4K panel.

I believe both are IPS.

Not sure which to choose as both seem to have decent stands too. I can them for around the same price(under £50 price difference).

Any Dell UP2516D owners here??

I have not seen any reviews for this monitor - does anyone on here have one and how does it fare??

I'd be looking at 27" 2560x1440 for image editing and video watching.

I've got a U2515H which is very similar to the UP2516D and it's the best monitor I've ever owned to be honest, great colours, perfect res for 25" without scaling, no backlight bleed at all. Only thing I'd improve is black depth which is about as good as it gets on an IPS panel but not quite as good as VA panels.

Thanks - I might get the Dell now especially after reading that thread about Acer customer service too.
