Best monitor for gaming?

I need a new monitor, i want a decent res pref 1920x1200, and i will be mainly gaming on it! i've been looking at the Dell U2412M, i don't know much about monitors so i thought i would ask here?

Ive also been looking at the BenQ XL2411T but i don't know!! I would really appreciate any help?? Thanks

How serious a gamer are you? Whats your graphics power because if you go 120Mhz with that BenQ you will need a decent graphics card. What is your budget as this is quite important. That BenQ is definately a gamers monitor.
