I've got an old 2405 (bought from OCUK 5 years ago and still going strong) that I'm pretty happy with.
But I'm thinking of going dual monitor, and I'm wondering what to get. It's a "secondary" monitor, so I'm not going to be incredibly finicky about display quality; on the other hand, as a secondary monitor, it's not going to be directly in front, so I'm a little worried about TN viewing angles. I'm a software developer (and therefore vertical resolution is important), but on the other hand much of my work is to do with films, and so 16:9 has its advantages as well.
If the current Dell (2410) didn't seem to have so many unhappy customers I'd pay the $$$ and get that, but as it stands I'm unconvinced it's worth splashing out like that.
So at the moment, I'm tending towards one of the 23" 2048x1152 monitors.
But very open to suggestions if anyone wants to make one!
