what monitor?

I am looking for a monitor/monitors for my new build and I need a few suggestions.
GPU is a GTX Titan and will mainly be used for gaming/FPS.

Here are what I am thinking:

- Option1: 3 x Dell UltraSharp U2412M 24" Widescreen LED Monitor

- Option2: 1 x Dell UltraSharp U2711 27" Widescreen LCD Monitor

So what do you think? 1 x 27" Monitor at 2560 x 1440 or 3 x 24" at 5760 x 1200

Does anyone use 3 monitors for FPS's?
