What Motherboard, DDR2 or DDR2/DDR3, 1333 or 1600fsb

What is a good mothrboard which is not stupidly priced but can either support DDR2 only or DDR2 and DDR3 or DDR3 if you can tell me of good value DDR3 ram.

1600fsb preferably, or 1333

Something upgrading striker extreme.
