I've never used the case personally, so hopefully this guys vid will help you out.

See if you have some "value" sandwich bags in the kitchen cupboard, or buy some as they are so cheap. Raid the little strips from the pack that you twist to seal the bag, they are long enough to get round a fair few cables bunched together

I cable managed without cable ties. Those wires look appalling... Holy wires batman.
