Hi all I need some advice on what needs upgrading on my rig. I want to be able to play the division on ultra at 60fps. At the moment I am able to play it with all setting on ultra at an average of 35-45 fps.

Here is my rig at the moment
Mobo = Asus Rampage IV Black Edition Socket 2011
Cpu = Intel Core i7 4820K
Ram = G.Skill 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 2400MHz TridentX
Psu = Coolermaster Silent Pro Gold 1000W
Gpu = Evga 970 GTX SC

nothing is oc as I don't know how to.

Thanks guys also another quick question if I were to upgrade to a 980 ti. Would I notice any performance improvements. On other games not just division Or would it be a waste of money for such a small leap in specs.

With a 980ti you would be able to run at ultra no problem. But at 1080 it wouldn't be the best upgrade unless you were going to increase the res of the screen to 1440.

I'd stick with what you have for now.

The beta build is an old build, further optimisation has taken place, so beta performance won't be a true reflection of full game performance. (Source: Massive Ent. networking dev, official game stream)

And obviously a 980Ti will run it, and anything else, much better than a 970 ;)

Small leap from a 970 to 980Ti :rolleyes: ? A 980Ti is faster than two 970's in SLI in most games.

But for 1920x1080 I would stick with the 970 and as others said wait for the release of the game as it will probably get optimised and produce better frame rates.

Welcome to the forums and if you need help with overclocking your system, we are all here to help with that so you can get some free performance out of your nice system there.

Exactly a 980Ti is for 1440p and up really. To really enjoy its benefits.

Hopefully the full release of the game will be more optimised so your 970 squeezes out more performance. I'd be more tempted to upgrade my monitor before my graphics card though with your specs.
