Hi,
There was a huge storm over our house the other night which seemed to take out the router and network hub but we got all those running again.
Anyway, I could not get my internet back up at all so I plugged in a USB ethernet thingy and it worked fine.
I just found an internal network card in my other PC that it wasn't using so was just wondering if it's better to be using a USB ethernet thingy or an old internal one, they're both quite old. I'm guessing the internal one would be faster?
I'm just asking because this internal one is over 5 years old, it was in this IBM Netvista we got pre-built & the ethernet-USB card is a bit newer.
THanks,
Craig.
