I installed Windows Vista 64bit RC2 recently and could not get this card to work. I tried many drivers, from the official Belkin drivers to other drivers I was told would work.
I eventually did this: I opened my computer and looked at the chip on the wireless card, which said "R2561T". The chip, if you don't already know, is a square, black piece protruding from the network card. There should be some manufacturer and model no. on it.
I Googled for "R2561T" and found out the manufacturer of the chip was Ralink. I went to the Ralink site and downloaded the drivers for the chip. The trick was that it was not the RT61+RT2500 drivers that I needed (even though I thought R2561T would fall into that category) but instead the RT61 drivers. The former ones would install but would Windows would say "This device could not start (Code 10)." The latter drivers worked. I installed them by going to Device Manager, as there was no simple way to install them.
Now the real problem is that not all of these wireless cards have the same chip, so what you need to do is identify the chip and start googling for drivers for that chip from there. If I'm not mistaken not all F5D7000 v6 cards have the Ralink chip. Older models use a Broadcom chip (so I heard). So you just need to find the right chip and the right drivers. I have my doubts Belkin will ever get around to releasing official drivers for 64bit environments.
