Hey

So I've got a pretty old pc that I'm adding an old x1950 pro to, so I can use it for lan gaming.

E4400 @ 2.0GHz
2.00 GB Dual-Channel DDR2 @ 267MHz
Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd. 945GZM-S2 (Socket 775)
244GB SAMSUNG

Probably worth about £65 including GPU.

The PSU is an old Channel Well 300W, but does not have a 6Pin PCIe.

Can anyone recommend a cheap PSU that will do the job? (I'd rather not spend 50-60% of the price of the PC on a 450W Corsair...)

You'd be better off getting a used one on MM rather than buying junk like Swift...a high quality 350-400W unit is more than enough for that system.

Eg Corsair CX400, Seasonic S12II 380, Antec Earthwatts 380D etc.
