What Next? (switching internet provider)

okay, so i got my MAC code from BT yesterday and signed up on the Be* website for Be* Pro. they say that it will be up to a month untill the switch is made.

what i want to know is what i should do about BT now? should i phone them and tell them now? should i do it when the changeover happens?

I was advised by someone at BT that because I was billed quarterly that I had to give them 3 months notice. This may or may not be applicable in your situation, but i'd phone them just to make sure.

You don't need to do anything. BT giving you a MAC code is their acceptance that you don't have any outstanding time left on a contract. They will be told when Be have picked up the line and automatically stop billing you.
