What next? (Upgrade advice)

Spec in sig.
Budget £200
Current OS:Windows XP (no plans to go Vista yet)
Playing res: 1280x1024

My x1900xt has served me well but struggling with STALKER, Crysis etc
I dont think theres any need for another 2gb RAM.

I was thinking of getting one of these:

Looking to overclock the card and the Zalman cooler should help keep those temps down.

The rest of the budget could go on a new mouse or something.

Any ideas?

Will the GTS be an overkill for 1280x1024? Then again I am hoping for a new monitor by the summer (1680x1050 hopefully, the new 22inch LG looks nice). Will my CPU bottleneck the GTS?
