what no games !!!!!!!

hey guys, just purchased a MSI R9 290X Lightning, the problem is that it was supposed to have 3 free games and civilisation beyond earth as well, i have recieved no codes or anything, i have checked boxes and emails.
How am i supposed to get the codes and where from ????

Also have a look in your OCUK account, i.e. the account you used to place your order (not necessarily your forum one if they're not linked). I can't remember for certain but I think I got links to my codes from a section of my account there.

I was n the same boat, had to contact via webnote said it would have to be marked as shipped takes 24 hours maximum, 24 hour later no code after another webnote it was despatched within a couple of hours! Just goes to show

i am not too sure if its the same as the Nvidia cards but i ddint get the code either but it was on my OCUK account.

this is how i got mine

if you look at your GPU order there will be another item in the list for a promotional code and next to it you should see a click here link which will give you the code.

mine was a download via Uplay
