I'm viewing a house later today for the first time and will be shown round by the vendor.
I've lots of questions however I'm not sure which questions should be saved for the estate agent or if it's acceptable to just ask the vendor everything.
Obviously things like which council tax band, why they're moving, how long it's been on the market etc aren't a problem. But I'm not sure if questions regarding any previous offers, previous offers rejected, how soon they're looking to move etc should be asked to the agent and not the vendor themselves?
Is there anything you wouldn't be asking them and saving to ask the estate agent?
