What of my kit needs to change for Conroe?

At present I have lots of new bits in my pc. I want to know what will have to go in the future if I upgrade to Conroe. I presume just mobo, Ram and CPU?
My kit is:

A8NSLI Premium
Skt 939 4000
Crucial 2GB Ram
WD Raptor 150
Samsung spinpoint 160
X1900XTX
Seasonic S12 (Would this need an adapter for the conroe board)
SB Audigy 2
DVD RW
DVD
Etc etc.

I think thats it My main concern was the new PSU would it still work on new mobo. Anything I have missed? Won't change yet but in the future....

your motherboard, CPU and ram would all need a rehall... you PSU SHOULD be fine as most of the new motherboard come with a 4>8 pin adaptor

Thanks that was my main concern. was just concerned with all the new tech I might miss something lol
