What sort of spec should I be looking for in an office PC?

My mum wishes to do some work from home (she's a legal secretary) and needs a system for word processing.

She also likes silly Facebook games and music, so it would need to be able to cover that as well.

Budget wise, would it be possible to do (without monitor) for around £200?

Rgatd be bang on. Though for a lower power system like that you could get away with using the OCUK swift PSU.

Though if you can spare the extra £20, its be well worth it.
 
might have one myself for a net only pc, as i have a core 2 E6850 with 8 gb of ram and think it's way over kill, very old ex gaming rig which refuses to pack up tbh

but with trinity using so little power, ti maybe worth it just for that as its on 24/7 - 365
 
Thanks for that, that £206 one looks just right. However, for a small office PC, I think I prefer the case in Doomedspeeds build. A little more reserved and suitable for where it's going, and it's also a m-ATX.

Apart from different case and my old hdd it what my parents have and they are happy with it for office iplayer n dvds
 
must admit i wish i could have speced 8 gb as well, as it's nice to have the extra so would go with doom's over mine and it's cheaper also i do like the case so good spec and build and find as well :)
