Body dysmorphia is a hell of a thing. She needs help, not ridicule.

Totally agree. I'm just trying to get my head around this whole thing. Seems to be a millennial generation thing, definitely a result of social media and wanting attention.

But this sort of surgery should not be available. It's mutilation. Just because someone has the money and wants something, doesn't mean it should be available.

Her body, her money, she can do what she likes. I'm sure there's a 'customer' for that kind of look and she's getting encouraged to do it by her 'fans'.

My only concern is that once the glamour wears off, the NHS (we) will have to spend the next 50 years fixing all those terrible procedures.

But she seriously can't be of sane mind to want to look like that? These people should at the very least be heavily vetted before allowing any of these procedures. She'll probably end up suicidal.
