BCR - Ball Closure Rings. You can get keyrings to look like BCR's, horseshoes etc.

It's body piercing jewellery.

Yeah it's a keyring. Unscrew one of those balls and slide your key onto it.
We got one in our velvet Harrods crackers, silver or something
