Hi, I was just going through my router's logs and I came across this:
"[DoS attack: ACK Scan] attack packets in last 20 sec from ip [91.151.218.10], Sunday, Jul 10,2011 11:54:48"

I thought hmm, this is strange, so I browsed to the IP and it ended up at Overclockers? I'm sure that my router's probably just being stupid, but what could trigger this? BTW, I know what a DDoS attack is, I'm just unsure as to why it was saying Overclockers was trying to DDoS me.

Silly routers. ;)

Disable the useless "anti-DDoS" feature.

Hehe, if it keeps throwing up errors like that I may as well disable it as it's behind a NAT anyway. I also saw another one in the log but this time it was coming from my PC and it said it was a Storm attack, but a quick Google search has indicated to me that most of these are false alarms. I've done a full malwarebytes scan and nothing suspicious has came up.

The network's running fine so there's obviously not too much of a problem. Maybe this problem's always been occurring and I've only just noticed it. But I'm not too fussed about it. I'm planning to upgrade everything to 1gbps soon, so I'll be getting a new router anyway. :p
