What software do you use to keep your computer running at peak effeciency?

I.e. Virus/spyware scanners, registry cleaners, misc programs

Off the top of my head i have:

Ewido (antispyware)
Microsoft Antispyware
AVG (Antivirus)
Tweak XP
CCleaner
Evidence Eliminator (For cleaning up all manner of temp and unwanted files).
