What overclocked speeds do you think I can get?

With this CPU overclocked:

Intel Core 2 Duo E8400

CPU Heatsink: Zalman CNPS9700-LED

Motherboard: Asus P5E Intel X38 DDR2

Note: I want to know a good stable overclocked speed, which will also have a good temperature at the same time.

i`am running my e8400 3825,425x9 ,got siberean tiger watercooler and running at 24 c normal and 32 on full load.fantastic chip.

I would say, without going over 1.4v, 3.8-4Ghz. Not sure about the temps as i have no experience with one of those Zalman's. It may be fiddly getting the Zalman to fit though. You also need to flash to bios 502 or later. 605 is very good. 607 is out but is a beta.

where did u buy that from, how much is it?

i wouldnt mind getting watercooling for next build but scared of leaks

costs around £80 but all you have to do is install it and that takes about 10 minutes, you don`t have to take out the motherboard,that easy and no leaks.
