If both these boards where the same price which would you go for?

Gigabyte GA-P67A-UD7-B3, Intel P67

Or

Asus MAXIMUS IV EXTREME Rev.3.0 Intel P67

yeah but 6 pound more for the asus with a lot more features surley that got to be the best 6 pound ever spent
