What parts shall i upgrade?

Got paid today so thinking to treat myself. But not sure what else i can upgrade!

So far my system is: -

ASRock Dual Sata2 Motherboard
AMD 3200+ Venice @ 2.5ghz
Arctic Cooler 64 pro
1gb Geil Value Ram PC3200
ATI X1800XT 265MB
80GB Sata Hard Drive
Samsung DVD R/W
19" Acer Widerscreen TFT 1400x900 res

One upgrade id like to do it sell off my geil ram for £60 and buy 2x1GB Samsung memory for £98. Which would be a cheap but nice upgrade!

Im not sure if it would be worth getting a new CPU? What do you guys recon.

I play COH on my pc among other games like Half Life 2 ep one.

Should i just upgrade the memory to 2gb or would i get good results with a new cpu? Not really sure on dual core, i would if it will speed up my pc

2Gig has to be the way to go mate, i did it ages ago it makes a hell of a difference to just about everything you do.

What is your budget here? Remembering that you can't take DDR Ram with you to a new system of course. There isn't too much in the way of options I can see other than possibly getting the Ram, maybe changing to an X2(good if multi-tasking, not so noticeable otherwise) or you could get a new hard drive like a 7200.10.

I was thinking of a new hard drive to. Id like it for speed tho, not so much size. Ive had this pc built for 7 ish months now and i aint even used more than 15gb !

If i could grab a 36gig raptor 8mb cache 10,000rpm for £40 ish quid what do you think to that? (Seen one on MM for 40 dont know if still there!) Would use my 80gig as slave then.

That would cost me around £80 to upgrade to a 2gb ram and a raptor, if i can sell off my geil 1gb for 60ish.

I would be looking at upgrading the RAM, But I had an 80Gb HDD and i sharp updated it to a 300Gb Sata becuase before you know it ** HD is filled up with games (in my case anyway)

Yes, i was told by many to get a bigger HDD when i built it. Maybe i will in the future, but right now i haven't even used up a quater of it in 7months. So dont think i will be needing a massive hard drive. Would like a raptor tho.

I think ill flog my geil and invest in a 2gb samsung kit then !

Cheers for input. Probably my last update untill vista / dx10 and dual/quad cores becomes worthwhile.
