what parts to go in a old case with mediocre cooling?

ive claimed an old rig from my missus brother who gave it me to fix, but then decided he didnt want it, so rather than scrap it, i thought id fix it and put it to use.. this spec is how old it is lol..

socket A ATX K7VTA3 v6.0 board
AMD Duron 1.??ghz
2x256mb pc2100(2 slots max 2gb)
Geforce 6200A APG x8
40gb HDD
Optical
Floppy
300w PSU

im thinking of upgrading it alittle and do some first time overclocking, i got a stick of 512mb pc2700 'which is max it supports' from missus computer so im going to up the ram to 768mb but at the slower speed obviously and going to look for a AGP 6600GT or similar if the 6200 is faulty(booted to extent, but visual goes) and fit a usb pci card as i think theres an issuse with the mobo ports, but ive taken it all out case, so with test it before putting it back.. oh and will add a 2nd HDD.

anyways i noticed the mobo index and it accepts ATX Mini ATX Baby ATX Micro ATX which i thought was cool, so im going to look in a new build for it, however it has very basic cooling and what looks like a spot for a 40mm or something at front which leads me to my question..

what parts will go in case with so little cooling and work well for abit of gaming?

lol i didnt see a way round my questions without the links and didnt think techno bay of good stuff crap stuff was a competitor since they dont make things, just like using facebook selling pages to get rid of stuff, but what i have installed i can use the basket on here, so needen link other sites aswell as ive been looking into what to do with the old rig while i was off here ;).
