Checking out Larian's rather nice Deluxe Edition for Baldur's Gate 3 got me to thinking about the various collector's editions I've bought over the years - which ones do you have and which are your favourites?

Mine are (best to 'worst'):

1) Fallout 3 (still have the complete package - loved the lunch box and bobblehead)
2) Bioshock (don't have the card package any more but I still have the Big Daddy, steelbook and CD)
3) Fallout: New Vegas (not as good a CE as Fallout 3 but still cool)
4) Bioshock 2 (I still play the vinyl record from time-to-time and the art-book was really nice - posters were lame though)
5) Star Wars Galaxies (mostly fluff but the art-book/making of was excellent)

Honourable mentions: The Monkey Island Anthology from Limited Run Games - awesome collection but it was pretty pricey - I also have The Elder Scrolls Anthology which is nice to have, but other than the maps, isn't anything special.

*Oof!* how could I forget? I also have the original Valve CE for Half-Life 2 (big box, Prima guide, baseball cap and some postcards I think) - that's in storage at the moment - stick that one between Bioshock and Fallout: New Vegas :)

Hung on to this just out of sheer nostalgia (not my picture):

Very few, but I do have the original Bioshock and still have the figure on my shelf. What I liked about that is that it wasn't particularly expensive, and the figure was great. Where as these days they tend to be ridiculously expensive and usually pretty poor.
Yes- the Big Daddy is excellent - fragile though! I remember a lot of complaints about them arriving broken :(

Civilization II Collectors Edition

Came with a 360 page Strategy guide.............a book.......like a paper book!
Niiice! Love those old strategy guides - I have the Skyrim Special Edition one (hardback, 1115 pages!)

I used to have a collector's edition of Oblivion too which came with a small book about the history of Tamriel (and a septim coin) - those things added so much to the presentation.

See if you can spot them, 4 are obvious and bonus points for another 4 that aren't as obvious as I don't have the boxes anymore.

Siiiick!!

Ok, I can see Cyberpunk (duh), you've got a Starfield Constellation Edition down in the bottom left (nice!), Wolfenstein, Warhammer, NMS, Division - is that a Bloodbourne CE next to Starfield?

Love the HeroQuest too!

Missed the top one Diablo 4 and Stalker! There are also parts of Fallout 4 and Dark Souls 3 stashed in there. The Bloodborne one is a board game. So annoyed I didn't splash out for the Baldur's Gate 3 one, I would have bought 2 or 3 of those and sold the other 2 and made a packet.
You can still order the Deluxe Edition - the price isn't crazy either.

I seriously need it glass-fronted, the dust is ridiculous, even after a couple of days!

Yeah, I shudder to think how much dusting I'd have to do if I had all my stuff out on shelves

I actually wanted the collector's edition with the Mind Flayer (for that alone) but this might be a good compromise. I've also ordered a couple of painted models for BG3 from Etsy, one of Shadowheart and one of Karlach, I hope they turn out as good as the reviews are, as they weren't cheap!
Yeah, that one was wild - still, on the bright side, the Deluxe Edition will be easier to dust than a Mind Flayer :D
