what pc

I need a pc that can do the following. I will be building it and needs to be cheap as possible.

- Using ConvertxtoDVD, make dvd's, dont care how long it takes as long as under 2 hours lol

- USE xp and vista as I need to be MCSE certified and therefore have to use the prior.

- Play quake live

- have coaxial or optical digital out for my dac, and run foobar2k.



Find me something plz, preferable under £250 dont need a monitor, mouse, keyboard, or speakers

Is building it a possibility? That will get you better bang for your buck.

Will you need an OS?
