I've been driving around in my Mondeo for 2.5 years now and while it's been really good (mostly) my need for a diesel has ended.
I only drive around town and maybe once a month on the motorways for a long distance.

It's a 59 plate 2.2 diesel with 51k on the clock so I'm hoping to get around 7k. But I don't know what I want in place of it.

It has to be a big car as I'm really tall and do take passengers quite often. It needs to be comfortable with some mod cons. Cruise control, climate control, sat nav are the main ones.

I quite like the Lexus GS, I know it's boring but I still quite like it.
What other options are available to me?

I have a GS450H and although its a bit of a boat it certainly isn't boring. Very comfy, very quiet and refined but goes like stink when needed to. BUT.. I do find that as I only do short journeys I get pretty poor mpg but meh not really bothered as my next car with be a V8.. :D

Can you bluetooth music from your phone to your car?

Very important this, we need to know.

Actually it is, I don't want to have to connect via a 3.5mm jack as that means I have to use my phone to change song. I want to get rid of my iPod so don't want an iPod connector

Surely you could just get an adapter if this is so important?

As above connectors are usually 3.5mm and I don't want to touch my phone to change song
