What phone for £100ish

I've recently changed to giffgaff and i'm finding i'm using the web a lot more on my phone. However as i have an old Samsung tocco lite it's a little bit of a chore browsing. Now i don't need anything as flash as an iphone or galaxy, but i am looking for an improvement over my current phone.

I have a budget of around £100 but am willing to go more. I need something that's unlocked or will run on the O2 network.

I just ordered the HTC Explorer unlocked for £96 from Asda, you have to order it online but its probably the best phone around for the price.

huawei ascend g300 for £100 from vodafone. then unlock for £10 or less.

yeah looks ^ but the responsiveness of the screen isnt that great, but great price for a 1ghz pro phone
