What pixel format?

In CCC there are 4 types of pixel format, whatever that means. About a year and a half ago before CCC lost (and then regained) this ability i could only choose the one, the other 3 made a certain shade of blue look all funny on my monitor. When the update came (end of summer last year sometime) that removed the option the problem with the shade of blue vanished. Now the option is back and all 4 types of pixel cause the problem.

So which one of the 4 is the best to use? All give me the same issue so it makes little difference to me.

(also if anyone can fix the blue issue that would be fantastic too)
 
Rgb full colour, the other format is for U.S tvs I think.I had it on that for a few days and the colour was going really weird sometimes, I stuck it on Rgb and it was fine.
