What Potential Does My System Have?

Hey,

Looking to overclock my new system, when ive finally got it working. Could you give me a ruff idea on what i could get out my rig.

My PC Spec:

Intel Pentium D - 3.4 (800MHZ)
Asus P5LD2-VM-DH
Corsair 1GB DDR2 PC-5300 (667MHZ)
Artic Cooling Pro 7 CPU Cooler (LGA775)
Thermaltake Soprano Case (2x 120mm, 1x 90mm)
650W PSU (2x 90mm Fans with speed control)


Any Idea's?

It's quite hard to tell just from the spec, just give it a try by raising the FSB.
