What power PSU would be required?

My build is going to be:

2500k sandybridge. Will be overclocking at a later stage to about 4.6ghz.
MSI twin frozr Nvidia 560. Will add another for SLI in the next couple of months.

I obviously want to get a psu that will handle its future specs now, so what would you recommend? Corsair TX750 or the TX850? Corsair psu's perform well and are reliable, not to mention operate quietly which is very important to me. I would prefer not to spend the extra money, but if it would be at all beneficial then I will because the 850 doesn't cost much more.

Also, does anyone know what are the differences between the 850W TX and the 850W TX V2?

One more thing (unrelated I know but dont see the point in creating a seperate thread) but do you think my set up will be quiet? I have read reviews etc but its hard to know how it will all sound put together. Case is a nzxt phantom, which has fan controllers for when I switch to HTPC mode. I am buying the 560 twin frozr's due to how much quieter and cooler they appear to run. They don't cost very much extra at all so hopefully they wont disappoint. What do you think?

The xfx option looks good. Modular for that price is desriable. Is it true that xfx psu's are built by seasonic? Might have to wait for that. Thanks Stulid.

p.s how loud do you think my rig will be assuming I go with the xfx or corsair?

Yep, the XFX's/Corsair HX and Antec new truepowers all are Seasonics.

Heres a review of the XFX black edition - http://www.hardwaresecrets.com/article/XFX-750-W-Black-Edition-Power-Supply-Review/933

I cant comment on noise, it got to many variables(hearing loss, case quality, gpu fan loudness, cpu heatsink loudness etc etc)

The differences between the Corsair TX and TXV2 is that the former is usually CWT and only 80Plus efficient. The TXV2 are based on the same Seasonic design which is used in the XFX Pro Core Edition units, so they are also 80Plus Bronze level efficient. However based on the jonnyguru review it seems like the Corsair version of the platform will be higher quality, plus they have more robust packaging.
