what power supply will i need ?

hi ive got a build almost done but i dont know how to work out how much power i need , could any one help ?

its a
sabertooth 990fx r2.0
amd fx 8350
32gb ram
dvd drive
250gb ssd
1tb hdd
h80i cooler
2 x 1gb xfx radeon hd 7770 dd core editions
2 fans
6 lighting tubes

A decent 500w power supply will be more than enough.
