hey guys,

basically which are the best brand of precision screwdrivers? in terms of quality and comfort. I've got some cheap ones that are not nice to use, and basically impossible to turn if the screw is in even a little tight.

note: i need torx 10, and some precision phillips head ones. A set would be best.

Thanks!

haha, obviously they need to be affordable, i am a student after all! i only want a small set, and say £20 max?

try the magnusson range of tools if u live in the uk they have lifetime warranty and chrome vanadium i have a lot of their tools and must say they are very high quality

ooo the forge steel ones look good, got everything i need in em.

would you say the build quality is good on them? i.e. they dont bend or snap.

I was gonna recommend these:
33-Piece Precision Screwdriver Set
Made by ProsKit SD-9803
Has
PH 000/00/0/1
SL 1.0/1.5/2.0/2.5/3.0/3.5/430
TORX 4/5/6/7/8/9/10/15/20
HEX 0.9/13./1.5/2.0/2.5/3.0/4.0
PZ 1/0

Excellent little set. £21.99 of course . . . . Just used it to strip down my phone and a laptop yesterday. Just google the 2nd line in the post.

looks reasonable for pc use, tho ive always been a bit unsure about using the magnetic ended screwdrivers near electronics. Not saying you cant just I try to avoid it

i'll check out that set thanks philly! not ordered just yet as i've been very busy, think i'll be doing it on wednesday. Yeah, im also wary of magnetic, don't want to take chance even if it is small.
