what printer? help please

I want something that

- can print on DVD
- can print hald decent photos (nothing amazing)
- looks nice (silver/black)
- poss a scanner as well


And for as close to £50 as possible!!

So far i've found the cannon pixma mp160...but it doesn't print on DVDs I do not think.
