what printer

im after a printer to print onto cd's. not images or anything like that, just plain old text so i can print the tracklist onto the cd

TDK also do a standalone cd/dvd printer for discs too if thats all you want.

Hi there, i have an Epson R200 that can print pictures and/or text onto cd's or dvd's & the results are very good. OcUK sell the Epson R220 (i think it's an updated version of the R200) for approx £63. Hope this helps.

If you have a printer already you could;

Buy CD labels, You can get 50 for £5 and get cheaper normal CD's (not the printable CD's). It could work out cheaper unless your doing a lot. Just an idea

Is it possible to get 'alternative' cartridges for this printer? I have one but can only find Canon cartidges

Not had to replace the ink yet. Anyway, as the printer is new i will be buying the Canon inks for now.
